Regarding complaint# *** from *** *** of Staunton, Va. We were assigned this job by Whilpool and as you know had started the job. The technician found that the job would entail sealed system work to repair the refrigerator; however, the sealed system technician (Mr
Billiel) was called and told if he wanted to see his brother, he had better come to Ohio immediately. We left for Ohio and four days after we arrived, he passed away from the cancer that had been eating him up for the last year. We had made arrangements with Whirlpool to have this job taken care of prior to our leaving, but sometimes, especially around the holidays, Whirlpool is so busy that some things get overlooked. It is customary that if a job has been reassigned to another company, Whirlpool will contact the customer with the new information of who will be finishing the job. As far as Mr*** is concerned, he is upset with the entire situation because the company prefers Billiel’s work and assigns most of the areas work to them. We have been in business for years and have an excellent reputation with the companies as well as the customers. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused the *** family
