We, Douglas Volkswagen, sold [redacted] a Dodge Journey, Vin # [redacted] on December 8, At the time of sale we did promise the customer that we would touch up a few scratches on the front bumper of her vehicle and instructed her that dealer policy is that all repairs need to be completed within daysOn three different occasions [redacted] made appointments to get her bumper repaired and on all three occasions failed to show for her appointmentEither way, I have no problem honoring our original agreement, we will be happy to paint [redacted] bumperI have tried to reach out for her but I have been unable to reach herShe can call me at [redacted] ***or email me at [redacted] and I will arrange an appointment for herThank you

I am rejecting this response because: this is not true I came to the body shop on different occasions, I was told it was not their responsibilityI spoke with the manager he agree to fix the problem I was told that the car had to be sent to an outside garage to be repairI spoke to Flo who said that I will be contacted after the new year because the business that suppose to do the repair was backed upI placed a call to flo in February the same day I made this complaint and I still have not received a callI have kept in contact with my sale rep flo the whole time my car has been in the repair shop one numerous occasion and I never missed an appointment

I did speak with [redacted] on Saturday March 5, 2016 and we agreed that she would come in on Monday March 7, 2016 at 9am for her bumper repair. On Monday around 2pm, I was informed by Florence, her salesperson that [redacted] called and said she couldn't make her appointment again. I'm now being told that she is going to come tomorrow,Thursday March 10th. I would like to note that our Body Shop works by appointment only and every time [redacted] fails to show it is loss revenue for our dealership because we could have had a different customer in her spot.
