Review: Poor service, improper gaskets were used, what was a small leak became a huge leak within hours after service.

We were looking for help in replacing some piping running from our sink to our sewer line. The materials used were improperly installed. The entire setup keeps falling apart and we have had to repair daily. The improper installation has caused flooding throughout our kitchen and basement. What was a very small leak, became a huge mess after this company's "fix"Desired Settlement: I was charged $700 for this job, which was unreasonable for the amount of work done. I would like to be reimbursed to fair market value of the job done. I would also like to be reimbursed for the repairs I've had to make to fix the mistakes made by this company

I was called by Mr [redacted] to replace kitchen drain pipes as per order of Southington Health dept.I quoted him a price and was given the o.k. I replaced app. 12 ft. of drain pipes in basement and in kit. cabinet.Mr. [redacted] also had me replace the faucet with a new one he had.Warner plumbing has been in business for over 40 years and we respond to all service work as well as call backs.Mr. [redacted] had called me on my cell phone to do the job. With him having this number he never called me back to fix any issues. I fell if Mr. [redacted] has to call B.B.B. to try to get money back he is wrong. If he has a problem he should have called me. As far as I Am concerned this case is closed.
