No complaintTotally the oppositeWhen other places told me I would most likely need a transmission rebuild costing thousands of dollars, a friend recommended going to Ralphs, After a test drive, Ralph knew what it was, He crawled under the truck and had the issue resolved in mins and then sent me on my way with a handshakeNot many businesses with that kind of customer service still left in the world
