Dear Ms***,We spoke last week about case ID #*** *** contacted us with with a complaintShe spoke to Kevin Showed him a picture of the cut in the bottom end of the mattress.Now she said she was scrubbing the mattress and the side is open all the way down the side from
around the top corner to the bottom She said was scrubbing the mattress and the side is open.Normally the mattress pad and or sheets are removed and washed in the washing machine and dryer Someone peeled the thread and unravelled the whole side.We will pick up the mattress at our expense and return to manufacturer to repair Please have her contact us to arange a time & dates to pick it up for repair.Claude B

The mattress was not SCRUBBED it was lightly sprayed also where AM I to sleep once they remove the mattress?
