I'd give them zero stars, if I couldThis company is horrible to have to deal withThey rescheduled my delivery twice, the first time bc the deliver person wanted to come early, and the second time, they just rescheduled my delivery to the next day, on their own, without so much as a courtesy callThey are completely inconsiderate of anyone's time, and so unprofessionalI called them, to speak with a manager, about all of this, and no one will even return my phone callAvoid using this company, and if Home Depot were smart, they would also stop using this company, if they value their customers

On 11/18/2016, Ralph's Transfer delivered a refrigerator and stove from Home Depot (Before I go further, I would like to say that this delivery company is contracted by the vendor, not Home Depot In this case, the vendor is GE.) On 11/18/2016, RT (Ralph's Transfer) hooked up the cord to the stove then gave me a card and told me if anything happened, call RT in the 1st hours and they would bring out another appliance That night (11/18/16) the light blew out and made a loud popping sound I also noticed the handle of the stove felt odd On 11/19/2016, I called (RT) and left messages with my phone number (documented) RT did not return any of my calls On 11/20/we attempted to use the oven only to have electrical smoke come billowing out of the vents in the stove The smoke filled the house and forced us outside We turned the stove off and turned off the breaker for the stove (I am having work done on my home; I called my contractor to have him check the electrical line The contractor brought out an electrician, he checked the main line, and it was fine When the electrician took the plate off of the stove to check the wires, RT had wired it backwards by connecting the hot line to the ground line and the ground line to the hot line.) On 11/21/2016, I again called RT and left two detailed messages (documented) Both messages were ignored The electrician and I both took photos of the incorrectly wired stove while the contractor watched The incorrect wiring explained why the light popped and the handle felt odd, (current was running through the handle) After seeing all of the complaints against this company, their lack of response to customers and the egregious error in wiring my stove, it's my opinion that GE should reconsider having Ralph's Transfer represent them I refused to allow them in my home a second time and had Home Depot arrange for another company to deliver the second stove I want Ralph's Transfer to pay the cost of the electrician, reimbursement of the shipping/installation fee and payment to the contractor for an inspection that was not related to his work in my home It took days to clear this matter up and get a new stove all because of this company's negligence I will take other avenues for compensation regarding this fiasco It is my intention to have this complaint logged and on file

My landlord bought a washing machine through home depot, and Ralphs transfer company was their delivery companyThey damaged a very expensive television in the process of removing our old washing machine, and installing the newMaybe it was because one of the delivery men left during the exchange to go to install something at another customers home in our areaI understand accidents happen, and there are channels to go through to fix a problemWe took pictures of drag marks on the carpet which clearly show the the delivery man hit our tv with the corner of the washing machineA claims adjuster came to my home, and conducted his investigationI just received a letter in the mail stating that our claim was deniedIt also stated the delivery crew said there was no TV in our garage at all!! I am beyond disgusted with Ralphs transfer companyHow are they able to conduct business with employees that are so dishonest and unprofessional? Do not allow this company inside your home! We are in the process of filing an appeal, and if there is no change in their decision we will be taking them to court

My experience started out very negative with a scheduled delivery that didn't take place....but ended POSITIVE The two gentlemen in Truck # who finally delivered my washer/dryer unit did their job in a polite and professional manner and helped rectify some of the very negative feelings I had toward the company If all the employees of Ralph's Transfer Company were as professional as these two men, they would not have such negative reviews Also, I must say the lady who called me to schedule this truck for delivery was polite as well The people I spoke with on the telephone who represent Ralph's were always polite; it was the first scheduled delivery truck who failed to do his job and should be terminated

GE contracted with Ralphs Tranfer for a warranty appliance replacementWe did not get a telephone call the day before providing us with a delivery window as promised I had to call the day of delivery which I was given a hour window to wait (12-5p)I called at the end of the window told their people would callIt is 615p, no service, called GE no help from themIn a holding pattern No help from GE, Ralphs office is closed, *** *** unable to help Score of F!

Upon arriving at my residence, Ralph's Transfer decided it couldn't install a refrigerator I purchased at the Home DepotAs I was talking with the Home Depot, Ralph's truck drove off with my refrigerator INSIDE, not asking if I wanted it delivered curbside or notThey then wouldn't deliver it for another FIVE DAYS, with no assistance making up for a terrible errorBELIEVE these terrible reviews and do NOT PURCHASE FROM THE HOME DEPOT if you need an appliance deliveredHome Depot will NOT stand behind their delivery companiesTerrible experience with no accommodation for an epic fail

Ralphs transfer company employee stole a 17,sacata tortoise off my porch when I called to confront them they hung up on me and than when I finally got a manager stated" you don't have security cameras you cant prove anything, matter of fact you don't even have a turtleI hung up and called the police don't buy from *** *** as they use this horrible companyThat was are family pet my children cry every night for that turtle

We purchased a stove from Home Depot and when it arrived at our house via Ralph Transfer, the glass cooktop was smashed and the side dentedSo Home Depot reordered a new oneIt was scheduled to be delivered a month laterMy husband received a call the the delivery window would be between 4-pmI waited at home from 3:to 8:and called when no one showed upI was told "they are scheduled to come between and pm" (ok?) Again waited until 9:pmNo one showed upCalled again and was told..." they are running late"By 10pm still no one hereI called again and was told "they are still scheduled to deliver your stove, but I can't confirm a time because our office is closed now..." So I waited until 10:30, shut off the lights and went to bed VERY angry! Next morning I went to Home Depot to explain the problemTHEY had a hard time getting a hold of themI was told that I had to reschedule the date of delivery because ..."they ran late and didn't get all their deliveries done"(so it now is MY problem to deal with) Now (the next day) I am being told that they will deliver it "tomorrow" between and again...I don't know what to believeHome Depot needs to get a new delivery company!
