Absolutely awesome moving & storage companyThis was our 28th relocation and movement of household goods and fourth or fifth requiring storageThese folk were wonderful, their experience obvious and their care and concern for us customers the best we've experiencedFrom president to the folk in the office to the team that packed and shipped our goods -- just amazing peopleThe combined cost of packing, shipping and storage was all far less than I had expectedWe'd use them again and recommend them to anyone moving out of Tucson
I highly recomend Ralph's Moving and Storage Company to use for moving This was my first time using them for moving and storageOut if all of the companies I've used before they were the bestThey're very professional, courteous, friendly, and promptI scheduled a pack and move for the end of the week and one week prior I received a call to confirm my appointment A few days prior I received another call for a walk through/pre inspectionOne day prior to the packing I received another call just to confirm the time that they were comingOn the day of packing I received two calls from one was to let me know that they were on their way and the other one was an update to let me know about what time they were going to make itThe packing crew came in and before I knew it had everything all packed up and informed me that I would be receiving a call from the moving crew Later that evening I received a follow up call from the office on thier servicesThe next morning I received two calls from the loading crew one was to let me know that they were on their way and the other one was an update to let me know about what time they were going to make itThe loading crew came in and loaded everything up as scheduled Both crews were very professional and showed care and concern for me and my furniture They answered all of my questions and gave me additional information I did receive another followup call from the office to make sure everything went wellIt was great
We are attaching a letter that was sent w/ our notice of Claim as our complaint re missing & damage furniture also there was a total lack of communication w/this company it has been a long sagaAfter repeated calls by us were not getting through to Ralph's moving claim personThe rep then called us to say that "***" would call us the next daywe never received a call, nor for the past few weeks were we able to get through to anyone on the phoneA couple of weeks ago we finally got through to *** *** voice mail & a message for a call back- we never received one as #on Ralph's moving & storage statement of claim form reads not an investigation may take an average of to days for final outcome, we have waited until now approximately days to file a complaint with The Revdex.com of TucsonOn our 77/years we have never experienced such of unprofessionalism or rudeness
I was surprised to have a moving company deliver our new Saavta mattress They did a outstanding job for the company they were delivering forThey were very professional, prompt and had a background on the product they were delivering The product is great as well as the service they hired to deliver it to us
military moves in yearsThis company did the best job, hands downNot one time brokenNothing smelled of mildewPack, pickup, ship and delivery were benchmark quality, thank you!
