Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by InterActiveCorp regarding complaint ID *** however Mia, at ***, responded with the commentary below on October ***, at 5:PM EDT that we "should hear back soon" and "I will email you before the end of the day with
a more substantial update." That was days ago. As of Sunday, October *** at 5:17pm CST there is STILL no fix and no communication from ***. *** The data integrity issues with our *** subscription/account outlined in Revdex.com complaint ID *** have gotten progressively worse...In addition to ALL of our video content views being inaccurate on our public facing *** homepage in desktop environments, the data integrity issues on mobile devices are worse. The view count on all of our *** videos on mobile devices is displaying zero "0" views. No one in *** support will tell us/communicate: why this matter is "isolated" to our *** account, what's causing the data integrity issues and what progress is being made by *** engineers to MANUALLY correct our public view counts until their/***'s automated process is working correctly again.Please assist our company with getting this consumer/customer service complaint resolved and answers as to what is transpiring with our *** account/subscription.
