They went to my house to repair a leak, and left my house without properly setting the water pressure back to normal. I did not know this was the issue, as I am not a plumber. I called them to report the water pressure changed, after the repair. They had to go back to my house to fix their mistake, and charged me for it!
I feel they don't care for the customer and are out to nickel and dime you. Beware they have a $40 trip charge (for every trip) and in addition charged me $175 for 30 minutes of labor!
