I purchased a zero turn riding mower nearly 2 year ago and it came with a 2 year warranty. April 20th I put oil in it and mowed for half an hour and the blades seized with the motor still running. I drove it to your shop April 24, 2018 and you called today saying the repair is not covered under the warranty because there was no oil in the engine. There was oil in the engine.
There was no oil in the engine. The dipstick was bone dry. It looks as if it has been left out in the weather. The air filter had deteriorated into the engine. I can provide pictures of the lawnmower from when it was brought in. I will send those by email today.
