This is the first I have heard of any issues with the 2013 Ram we sold except for the missing lug nut socket.  Mr. [redacted] did reach out to me over the phone about the missing socket. I told him I had several laying around..which I did. But none of them were the correct spline. I told the...

tire shop who put the wheels on to send it out. Then Mr. [redacted] contacted me again on Oct.29th asking if it gone out while I was on vacation in Florida for a week. I told him I would check with the tire shop. They had not sent it. So when I returned I located the right socket and put it in the mail Nov 8 which I sent a text to Mr. [redacted] letting him know it was on it's way. Never got a response and haven't heard from him since so I thought everything was ok. So this is surprising.   I only sell vehicles with clean carfax' with no accidents. If there was any paint work done it was not to my knowledge. I have every text between the two of us and included several pictures showing the dents and scratches that the truck had before making the trip to pick it up. At no time did I say the truck was in "excellent condition" being I sent him pictures of all the issues I was aware of.    Mr. [redacted] was more than welcome to have any inspections done prior to picking up the truck but did not. We have three separate forms of as-is forms signed by him as we do every customer. We don't offer any warranties of any kind on our vehicles. I have the carfax along with detailed text messages showing I sent pictures of the dings and scratches and out conversations.    The truck is a good truck and made the 500+mile trip home to LA. As well as Mr. [redacted] texting me a picture with "breaking it in right" as he said, carrying over 1000lb of shrimp in the bed..   [redacted]
