To whom it may concern, The customers purchased a Dodge Nitro from Ram Country AutoWorld (“RCAW”) on
August 5, for a total unpaid balance of $11,106.48. The customers took delivery of the Nitro with 83,miles after all documents were disclosed and properly signed by all parties. The customers were completely happy with vehicle and were fully aware that it was being sold to them “As Is” without any warranty (please see the document attached to this letter)After delivery, one of the customers informed us that the vehicle had a mechanical problem. We picked up the vehicle and made one of our vehicles available to them as courtesy. Although not required to do so, the repairs were made by RCAW without charge to the customers The customers were provided with a courtesy vehicle to drive while the repairs were being made and were never left without a vehicle to drive while the Nitro was in the shop. Unfortunately, the mechanical issue continued and RCAW again made a repair to the vehicle and returned it to the owner. The customers were again provided a courtesy car during this repair and were not charged for the repairs. The vehicle has not been presented to us again with any mechanical problems. To the best of our knowledge, all mechanical issues have been resolved. I have attached documentation supporting the repairs that were made free of charge by RCAW. Additionally, at the time of the purchase, the customers purchased a Tire and Wheel Road Hazard policy which provides for replacement of tires that fail. The vehicle had a flat tire which was covered by the policy. However, the customer desired for all four tires to be replaced although only one flat was experienced (and only one tire would be covered by the policy) and the other tires passed inspection and were road worthyOnce again RCAW offered help these customers by paying for tires because the customer was not satisfied and we truly strive to make RCAW customers satisfied with their purchaseRCAW does not believe that this complaint has any validity. RCAW went above and beyond in responding to the problems that these customers experienced. To the best of RCAW’s knowledge, all customer complaints have been satisfied

During a 6 days...

Sales Event beginning on September 16, 2014, approximately 20,000 mailers were sent out. There were opportunities to win prizes based on winning numbers, which had to be matched on a Win Board at Ram country Auto World,
These prizes ranged from $5.00 to a grand prize of $25,000 dollars. (All were insured with exception of the $5.00 winners) So, if a customer matched we would have been happy to pay that prize winner. However, there were ro matching numbers that came to the dealership during that time period.
This person never spoke to my [redacted], nor did I speak with anyone concerning a problem with the scratch offs. This obviously a misunderstanding and we would never mislead anyone.
