I am rejecting this response because: Sirius told me the radio ID had not been transferred to my vehicleThe XM service I was getting was due to an upgraded radio and it was a trial for that radio of monthsHad the ID been transfered as the the email had said, I would not have this problem.

theXM Radio ID was transferred to the new radio. The customers spouse confirmed that the XM radio had been functioningwhen they left the dealership initially with the newly installed radio. At the time of purchase Chryslerwas offering a one year free XM experience. If at any time the client had issues with receiving signal to their XMRadio the process would be to contact XM Radio to address the issue. The dealership is not the entity that offersthe free XM Radio this is a benefit that comes from the manufacturer. Ram Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep ofDel Rio is one of five dealerships owned by the same automotive group. Our mission is to always provide exceptionalcustomer service to all of our customers. If the client had contacted the dealership at the time the service wasinterrupted we would have been able to explain to her to contact XM Radiodirectly. The issue was not due to a defectiveradio.
