Per my attached February 6, letter, I am responding to and rejecting Ram Jack's January 29,2015 response letter.

Dear Mr***, Below, please find the formal response from Ram Jack’s attorney to your complaint and your letter from October In order to move this case forward, please review this information and provide you response to our mediation invitation by June 19, If you have any questions or we can assist you further, please let me know Sincerely, [Begin Enclosure] Dear Mr*** As you know, my client has agreed to mediate this matter Recently, you requested that my client also provide our position on this matter to you to you by June 10, This e mail responds to that requestThis dispute relates back to a complaint that began many years ago. Since that time, Ram Jack has visited the property on several occasions over the course of years in an attempt to address the consumers concerns. During that time Ramjack proposed several remediations The latest remediation suggested was on March 3, where Ram jack offered to resolve the customer’s concerns via the installation of both interior and exterior piers. The customer rejected the Ramjack proposal saying the proposed repairs were only a “partial repair” with no guarantee of a fix and demanded the following: a) Refund all money previously paid and compensate owners for damages, or b) RJ does the work to fix but employ Licensed PE and get that PE to develop plans and specs, inspect the work, approve and seal the job, and also compensate ownerRamjack responded by saying that they wanted to move the matter to a fair resolution but asked Mr*** to clarify what amount of “compensation" he was seeking. I understand that Mr*** contends that he responded with his October 22, e mail. Ramjack has no record of receiving this e mail. Nevertheless, this is the current status of the parties and Ramjack will be prepared to negotiate this matter from these positions during any mediation as long as adequate notice is provided prior to the mediationPlease advise if you need additional information from me. I look forward to receiving timely information related to the proposed mediation including the identity of all suggested mediators**

As previously discussed with Revdex.com and RAM JACK via numerous emails, I am rejecting this response because RAM JACK has never responded to the settlement options outlined in my October 22, 2013 email.

I am rejecting this response because RAM JACK has not attempted to remediate all issues and resolve the dispute since my home's concrete slab...

foundation cannot be repaired.   The fact that my home's concrete slab foundation cannot be repaired is supported by the October 18, 2013 letter (see attachment) from [redacted] that stated "the foundation cannot be repaired."  In addition, another reputable general contractor, [redacted], supported this finding with their October 21, 2013 letter (see attachment), and further stated "The reason for the defective foundation seems to be largely from previously installed foundation repair work."  RAM JACK received copies of the letters provided by these independent and unbiased sources, which were included as attachments to my October 22, 2013 email (see attachment) requesting fair compensation in response to the damages to my home, which were caused by RAM JACK's previous defective foundation repairs.However, RAM JACK never attempted to respond to my October 22, 2013 compensation request.
