While I understand that the company does not provide "opinion reports", that is not what I'm asking for By the estimator taking measurements and saying that no repairs on needed on my foundation, that is no longer an "opinion" as the measurements are factual and would prove what the estimator is saying Also, Tim S [redacted] told me that my stem wall needed repair due to the rebar being rusted It is my understanding that this is a service that your company provides yet I did not receive a write up regarding this necessary repair I do not feel that it's unreasonable to expect your company to provide me something in writing regarding the condition of my stem wall as well as the measurements that were taken of various spots in my flooring which indicate that no foundation repair is necessary And while I understand that the company may be busy and may not be able to respond to me right away, it was a couple of weeks that had passed with no response Perhaps because the company was not going to make any money off of me due to them saying my foundation was fine, they didn't feel it was necessary to follow through with good customer service Also, it would be in the best interest of the company for future customers that Tim is advised to not promise the customer that he will send requested information if he has no intentions of doing so Thank you
