Leveling and remedy some shifting of my foundation does not seem to have been preformed correctly.RamJack came to my home and preformed the installation of helical piles to level some foundation shifting of my home. A month after their completion (within the mentioned acceptable time frame) I had cosmetic painting done to the home and addressed all cracks that had been remedied. In the last two months it has been observed that the foundation is not stable.I called and had RamJack come to as the activity, they met with the rentor (who was there in my stead) and informed him that there was nothing to look at and it was a waste of their time.There was no attempt to review their work, nor to alleviate any of my concerns.Desired SettlementIt has been reviewed and it has been determined that they over corrected when leveling the foundation. I would like them to correct the "over correction". Additionally providing evidence that the foundation is level.Business Response [redacted], we did come out and meet with your renter last week, and felt we explained the situation of the home and his concerns. The renter you speak of is the potential buyer of the home. I would consider it part of the warranty agreement for you/or representative to meet with me at the home, measure and show that the foundation is level. Which I feel certain is the professional response needed here: Not the response "please let us know when we could come to the home and meet with whomever said the home is over corrected and we will be glad to let it down until they say stop".Ram Jack was hired for the professional service and not the "jack it up until we think it is level" assumption asserted in the response, would you not agree? So to achieve a professional and cooperative solution to this warranty issue a meeting with me at the home with the necessary measuring equipment to either prove that the home was leveled correctly or to demonstrate the concern that an over correction has occurred, hence causing cracking of foundation.Just as you were paid in full for services rendered, it is reasonable to feel the services have been performed correctly.I hope that your comment regarding dealing with your customers is never a waste of your time, is the accurate reflection of your business approach!Final Business Response please call us with a date and time to meet you at the residence and assess your concerns
