I purchased a Living Social voucher for carpet cleaning of sqftwith Ram Steam and set up a time for the cleaning Ram gave me a two hour window between 4-6pm on a Thursday They did not show up and I did not get a call I called and was told that they thought a truck had broken down, then was told I was not on the schedule and perhaps I wrote down the wrong date and time However, I know I wrote down the correct date and time, plus Ram did not have me on the schedule for any other time I was then told that they could come on Friday morning between 8am and 9amSo I said okayAgain, no one called and no one came I called them again and was told that I shouldn't have been scheduled on Friday, because the company already had too many jobsI then got a call from another person who said they could put me on the schedule between 4-6pm on Friday, but I got the feeling that was not a definite promise, so I said I had to find a company that I could for sure count on Then around 11am, I received another phone call saying they had called in an extra person and could come, but by then, my husband had rented a rented carpet cleaner to do the job ourselves

This company was completely unprofessional with all of their dealingsThey did not show up to their original appointmentAfter multiple attempts to contact them we finally got a hold of someone, there was too many excuses madeIf there was an issue it was their responsibility to contact us as the customer and keep us appraised of the situation and find a solution Hours after the 2nd attempt at an appointment we did not see themDays later we finally go a response stating they could not service our location due to a "lack of access"May hours of our day were wasted because this company was ill-equipped and unprofessionalI am sorely disappointed

This company rescheduled me multiple times--at least timesTwice they didn't call when they said they wouldThey also had said they would honor a $coupon given to me by ZachThey were late (never called) and when they showed up they refused to honor that coupon

We originally booked a *** deal and when I talked to the company, I explained what we needed done and was told it would be covered under the dealThen when the owner, Zach showed up, he informed us he'd have to refund the deal and it would be $for some minor carpet repairHe also stated we'd need some carpet cleaning done at the apartment before we moved outWe paid him the $thinking he would be responsible enough and have enough integrity to show upWell silly us thinking this business would stand by their wordHe took a chunk of carpet out of the closet to fix the other areas in the apartment and said he would be back to fix the hole in the closet and clean the carpetsThis was a Tuesday and we had to be out on SaturdayZach kept coming up with excuses to not show up and sure enough, nothing got doneHe got paid so that's all he cared aboutYes, we should have known better than to pay up front, but we thought Zach would follow through

We had scheduled an appointment for Ram Steam to come out and clean our carpets on Tuesday, January 20, 2016. Their customer service representative gave us a time window of 1:00pm-3:00pm. During that time, we prepared our house for Ram Steam to clean our carpets; moving furniture, taking ancillary items off of the floor and putting our two cats into a bathroom.

We decided to call Ram Steam when our time window had expired and we did not hear from the tech. When we reached the tech he told us that we would have to reschedule and to call customer service. We called customer service and they told us they talk with the owner and would get back shortly. After repeated calls that day no one would pick up.

Finally, I decided to call closer to 5:00pm and Robert (owner) answered the phone. He didn't know about the problem and told us to call him tomorrow at 8:00 am to resolve the issue and he would take care of us. We called and Robert isn't there and now no one is answering. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I got a groupon, which I guess did not cover a "deep clean" so they said it will be an additional $300, which I agreed too. We have four kid and three animals so I figured it wouldn't be to hard to make the carpets more clean and that it should be worth it. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. They only did two levels of my house, which is about 2,000 sq feet. It took him 30 mins to do that much! He did not spend much time in any room and didn't seem to appreciate me running around to move furniture, so that he could get more carpet. I am still left with all the stains and smells, I am very disappointed, I am so sad by this company.

I purchased a Living Social deal for six rooms of carpet cleaning for $49. Two great techs came out and cleaned my carpet, but when it dried, it was worse than ever! Huge stains appeared where there were no stains before. I complained and they sent out one of the techs to repair the damage, but it didn't do any good. My carpets are ruined! The customer service for this place was great, and the techs seemed knowledgeable and worked hard. But whatever products they are using are wrong. They obviously can't clean my carpet and I don't want then back for yet a third try. I got out of town company yesterday, and am having 22 people for Thanksgiving dinner this week! My carpet looks like I had a bleeding, dead body on my dining room floor! Don't use this place!

After purchasing a voucher via Living Social to clean 6 areas or 2000square feet, I waited 3 weeks for them to get on the schedule, the first appointment canceld an hour before arrival due to techincal issues. I spent 2 hours pulling funiture clear the area. Even before he was fully in the door he was telling me there was no way he could clean my carpets for what I paid for the voucher. He walked the floor and announced it was going to cost another 250 dollars to do the job. He said it would look bad in 2 weeks if all he did was the job I paid for. Then he said he couldn't even do that for what I had paid for and then left. He did call Living Social and redeem my voucher for cash not credit but it was all very much a bait and switch operation. He came in talking fast and had my wife been here, she would have folded to his high pressure tactics. He spewed out technical jargon and then insisted the only way to do it was pretreat and scotch gaurd. I told him I couldn't afford it and he through up his hands and told me to get my money back from living social. My carpet is dirty but it in no way needed the extras he was insisting on. I am sure he makes his money by bullying women. I am considering also filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. He is operating a fraud business built on bait and switch tactics.
