Good Morning [redacted] After discussing this situation once again with our trucker Rick, who has worked for us for a number of years with a Clean Reliable, and good judgement record, this is his version of the Incident and I am relaying to you.Rick was to deliver this car and unload it in what he assessed to be not a good situation, for unloading and then turning the semi truck and trailer around to get out of on narrow streets, so he called them and asked them if they could meet him at a Tourist info Center, which was approx klm across a bridge and there was amble room for him to unload the car SAFELY with out infringing on anyone's safety and well being and room for the truck and trailer to be able to have room to turn around He spoke with her husband? or a gentleman? anyhow to him not a problem and yes that would be fine?? ok?? Then she gets on the phone and starts ranting and raving about the Contract and door to door pick up and delivery?? and she wants to be refunded some of the money? ?? Yes door to door with Safety for ALL, but that is for a competent driver to assess, which Rick did and that is what happenedNow to Rick it all went well and the husband remained what Rick said " a nice guy"?? Did she like that it turned out this way? it appears not? Did Rick seem FIRM ? likely he did in her eyes? so what the real Issue here is likely she wants to be refunded? for? it is the Customers common Logic to be able to decide when they book a vehicle for us to pick u or unload that it is possible without infringing on the safety of all that it is in fact possible to do so? that is possibly where a breakdown occurs? but MOST people when explained to upon the truck drivers assessment, that this in fact is not possible and that they will have to perhaps go a klm or two or to the nearest possible place to unload, for the same price as booked, because of the Truckers time and inconvenience as well they will oblige with no problem and ALL is well? depends on the Person or the Mood they are in that day? but to make such an issue over this and report us to the Revdex.com Bureau to Black List Us is a BIT unfair? in our Opinion and we have dealt with LOTS and yes "the Customer is always right", we get itAnyhow that is our story and our side of the picture so will wait to hear from you with a good resolution.Kind RegardsGail/Garry/RAM Trucking and Logistics Ltd [redacted] I am adding this paragraph to the previous letter I forwarded to you, to say that Rick did say the parking lot across the street if he felt he could of unloaded the vehicle there safely he would have but he did not think he could? also it seems this lady is unhappy mainly about the price and that it all did not go as planned? which can happen occasionally but they did receive the vehicle safely and in perfect shape as it left Calgary , and to say she called us and left messages complaining with no response? Garry and myself were in the Mountains of BC? apparently at the time she called where service does not always reach or where there is no service? It sounds to us like she is not happy with the price? and she could have had it hauled cheaper? and by who and did she inquire about the Trucking Companies Insurance? they covered on their hauling? A lot of people out there hauling with improper Insurance and poor trucks and service? and oh yes they haul cheaper, BUT? if there were to be a mishap? was the vehicle you in trusted to them really safe?? Anyhow at the end of the day, it appears she is mainly unhappy about the price? and the Inconvenience of the unloading? And she is asking for $to make her happy?? which would give us the Trucking Company $for the pick up, miles hauled, pay the fuel and the trucker his wage? and the booker who automatically received $for the booking and cover our expenses of maintenance of the truck and trailer?and the High Insurance to cover the cars or vehicle one is hauling? not a very lucrative business I'd say and likely should be asking $per vehicle to haul these vehicles ?? Likely why so many truckers get out of the Business and dealing with unhappy customers no matter how hard one trys to make them happy? Anyhow at the end of it all Merry Christmas and May there be Peace on Earth and will be happy to be FAIR in this resolution, Fairness to Both SIDES!!:))GailGrry/RAM

I understand via the contract that there is some discretion about delivery by the driverHowever, where the car was to be delivered is across the street from the *** * *** *** where all the concerts and large events are held in KingstonIt has a large parking area and a specific area for semi's to parkThis was relayed to the driver Rick, when he called about delivering the carHe was told about the large parking areaAlso, it was made very clear, that we needed to give the company the specific address for the deliveryIf they had looked up the address or googled the street address, it would indicate what was in the area, across street, and show an excellent delivery locationWe knew this before hand, and this is part of our confusion on the driver not making use of it.The driver chose not to pick up at the residence because of this issue, we are assuming, but he easily could have driven his semi onto the street that our cul-de-sac attachesIt is a large, wide easy access roadWe did not make and fuss about this, and he parked at a shopping mall parking lot a short drive from our houseThe parking lot that he was in for our delivery of the car to him, was the same size of a lot that he could have driven into Kingston and delivered the car at
