The staff member at the reservation desk was not very pleasant and when we complained that the pool wasn't opened until 1pm and asked if it could be opened a little earlier his answer was "yeah that's not gonna happen". The hot tub was taped off which was disappointing and we were told it was our fault for not checking the website because he had removed it - Not true - there were at least 4 pictures of a functioning hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was sub-standard and only offered on Saturday and Sunday. Monday was a to-go bag. The rooms had a terrible smell but keeping the patio door open helped. However, the mold on the bathroom ceiling was inexcusable. I will say that the rundown appearance was being worked on but the place was so understaffed I'm surprised it was functional at all. This whole review could have been more positive if the attitude was better. On a positive note the beds were clean and comfortable. I would avoid this hotel at all costs
