under the impression that the hotel provided shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We explained that this was not the case but she said that it was on the booking .com web site. We contacted booking . com and they did remove the error and they paid Mrs. [redacted] for the cab fair that she had paid to come to the hotel. Mrs. [redacted] was taken to the irport by our Front Office Manager as indicated in the attachment. Mrs. [redacted] paid no out of pocket expense for airport runs that she was not reimbursed. Mrs. [redacted] produces two taxi receipts for different amounts and wanted us to pay for the airport runs that had been paid by booking.com and for the ride our Front Office Manager gave her to the airport.We feel that this guest ( who I did call and personally speak with ) is not being honest in this situation. We feel that we made every effort to please the guest ( Mrs. [redacted] ) however we could not refund money she did not spend or had been reimbursed.
