Consumer sent the following update:***, unfortunately the company came out to my home while I was at work on 1/20/They called me 1/21/and I was in the bed sick and had not known that they came out I was down with the flu and could not get out of bed except to go to the hospital I informed the owner of this on 1/ They have called for me to sign some insurance form before we could verify the work When my husband looked at the repairs (1/27) delayed due to the snow and the time we workThe repair was to fix the aluminum that they banged upthe repaired it with an off white vinyl piece which looks hideous They should have done the repairs once they had scheduled with me to come out I had informed them many times that I can work from home at any notice. They did not address the damage that was on the inside of my home caused by the missing pieces around the chimney and because of the missing ice guard that they put half on the roof. *** ** ***

Consumer sent the following email update:Good afternoon ***, as of today Ruffo has made every effort to complete all the issues related to the roof repair and issues caused by the running chimney The only outstanding item is to paint the outside siding that was replaced to match better with the existing siding I understand that will be taken care of one day this spring as the weather permits. I want to say I appreciate their effort to complete everythingThe issues caused by the company completing the work on Ruffo's behalf is at fault but they stand by their name and made everything right Thank you *** ** ***

back from [redacted] until we received the letter of complaint on 11.15.2014.  Ruffo & Co has always taken care of any complaints when notified and we will resolve this issue.

Review: Over the years Foremost's visiting employees have had many enjoyable stays at the [redacted] and currently the Fairbridge located at 130 Rt. 10 West, East Hanover, NJ. However, Mr. [redacted] visit on 5/18/2015 was unfortunately a horrible exception. Mr. [redacted] checked into the facility on 5/18/2015 and during the course of the evening was bitten by bedbugs. On 5/19/2015 Mr. [redacted] had to be taken to an urgent care facility to be examined and treated for the bedbug bites. The urgent care facility confirmed that the bites were from bedbugs. Foremost has spent a considerable amount of money at the [redacted]/Fairbridge over the years and we are not certain at this time if we will ever feel comfortable returning to that establishment.Desired Settlement: Foremost is seeking reimbursement in the amounts of $28.67 for a prescription from [redacted] and also $135 for his doctor's visit at Doctors Express in Florham Park, NJ. Pictures and receipts can be supplied.
