Hello,? we have had unexpected delays with this customer's project.? On 7/16/16, we attempted to complete the project and? found that the required material was reassigned to a different load by? our 3PL? carrier.? At this point we have scheduled and confirmed with the customer an installation date of 7/29.? We have verified that we have the materials and are shipping them directly to the installer - at which point the installer will reconcile the material list and confirm with usPella is committed to completing the customer's project per our contract.Thanks, [redacted]

On July 13th we are sending resources out to resolve [redacted] concerns related to his storm door We do no foresee any issues getting this completed, and have the necessary resources and materials needed to complete this project Please inform [redacted] we apologize for the delay and intend to complete his installation as per our sales agreement July 13th was confirmed with [redacted] on 7/

Dear Revdex.com, We are truly sorry for the inconveniences Mr [redacted] experienced Our goal is to provide quality products and services while completing the contracted work Even though thing have not gone as planned, we have worked with Mr [redacted] and completed the project as contractedDuring this project we identified Mr [redacted] ’s concerns and addressed them as needed After completing our 2/23/appointment we considered this project complete Our order verifiers completed the outstanding work and additional clean up Since our appointment Mr [redacted] has not informed us of any additional concerns regarding his products or installationIn addition, we have offered additional services which were not part of our sales agreement as a customer service goodwill gesture Pella Windows and Door cleaned the product as requested in addition to upgrading the threshold from composite to oakAs for the wood matching color issueAs stated in our last response, the doors not matching existing trim finish, we followed the signed agreement of the interior stain option which was chosen, agreed and signed by the customer and verified during field order verificationShould Mr [redacted] need service in the future, we will address his concerns according to the terms of the Pella WarrantySincerely, [redacted]

We have scheduled the trim work to be completed this Saturday and provided the customer with a 50% refund The customer has agreed to these terms and we hope this resolves the customer's concerns[redacted]

They say I turned down their offer to adjust the wood matching color- but that is not correct I never turned it down, I welcome their refinisher to fix this problem Otherwise- their report simply recites a litany of factory and installation incompetences that have truly inconvenienced me and my family I paid for a product and prompt installationThe product is still deficient and the installation was anything other than prompt

around 9:30am to offer her the resolution we discussed.? She has yet returned my call but wanted to inform you that I initiated contact with the home owner.? When the customer returns my call I will be presenting her with the follow resolution:
·Pella Windows and doors agrees to offer $in compensation
·In addition we would like the opportunity to visit her home and diagnose and address the warranty concerns she has with our Entry Door System
