Review: I reserverved a room for 6-29-15 checked in at 9:30pm. I only needed the room for an over night stay. Upon entering the room I noticed a foul smell that seem to be coming from the bathroom toilet ! I decided to light an incent to lessen the foul odor. I washed my face and noticed that the water pressure was extremely low , almost a drip . There was little to no water coming out of the faucet !!! It was late do I decieded to go to bed becayse I would be checking out early morning 6/30/15. I went to take a shower and there was ABSOLUTELY NO WATER !! Not even a drip, I was Unable to shower, brush my teeth , use the bathroom, or take care of any hygienic duties! This was such an inconvenience! I notice the foul odor I smelled was coming from the toilet being unable to flush due to the room not having water !! I hurried to the front desk to make a complaint and there was a line of about 9 customers all with the same complaint! The customer service representative said there was nothing she could do and we would have to call and speak with the general manager and complain. I was later contacted by Ramanda saying that they would be charging me an additional $250 In addition to the $70 for the room!! This place had no water ! A foul odor ! And now im being charged $250 in addition!! Apparently the house keeping attended said she smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I have never been a smoker ! Never smoked in my life for that matter! They are charging me for something that was assumed by the attendent that is simply not true! There was a vanilla incent that was burned to help eliminate the foul odor coming from the racid toliet, that coukd not flush due to the hotel having NO WATER! This charge is invaild and extremely UNFAIR! I feel this is a rip off from a company that takes advantage of people, by lying and charging for things that are simply untrue !! I was unable to shower , use the bathroom or sleep comfortably due to no water and the foul odor . I feel if anyone should be compensated it should be me! This was a horrible experience , I'm truely devastatedDesired Settlement: I am willing to pay a portion of the room service, but the $250 in addition is an invalid and unfair charge there was absolutely no smoking in the room that night ! Because there was no water there should be an adjustment to my payment of $70/night !! Or some sort of compensation because I was unable to get full use of the room!!
