Reserved three night with this hotel, there was an pest problem which had bed bugs in the room received one bite mark from an bed bug in the neck front desk, manager and property manager never contact me never responded to getting my refund of the nights I stay there
Went online reserved room and it didnt ask for my credit cardso I was like cool ill pay when we get there then.Put more than enough money on the card to book room.Got to Ramada Portland SE and went to pay for room and he said theres no money on the card twice he ran it.So we know theres money there and know that theres an atm at mall.So thats were we go and of course pull the money off but we are on otherside of town and we were tired from long trip and hotels were every were so we went to another hotel very closse to us .So we get home go to put money on card to watch movies and apperently hotel charged are card.I called them back they tell me we didnt cancel are reservation so they could charge us for the night.The only thing is if we never showed they would have never had are card to charge in first place.So no charging would have took place.so I try to call back im put on hold for min.Lady gets back on says manager busy with fire alarm I would have to calll back and jung up
