Ramada Limited Flagstaff East

I had book room for my niece graduation December 15,2014 and a week before her graduation. I was inform that my reservation will no longer be honored due to new ownership. They are still advertising room availability but not with the same price. I don't know to find out if new ownership did take over and what can be done. They know it college graduation week and they are holding families hostage and very disappointing on how they run there business. I will never stay at this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.
