Ramada Limited Gulfport

After a horrible stay at this hotel...I spoke with the manager (***) who was rude and not willing to resolve the issueI requested a portion or all of my money back for my hotel stayUpon arrival to my NON SMOKING room...it reeked of smoke smellsI then noticed a smoked cigarette in the cornerThe lamps didn't work nor did the phone or the clockOnly one outlet in the room worked alsoI did not report the things that didn't work bUT I DID report the nasty underwear that was hanging on the ironing board...left there by a previous guestI also reported that after almost falling in the restroom...I noticed that the ceiling was leaking and left a puddle in the bathroom floorThese things were reported AS SOON AS I noticed them (I hAve a witness)...but *** states otherwiseThe guy at the desk stated that a maintenance man would come check on the ceiling as soon as he was done in another roomHe never arrivedI stayed up until almost 1am waiting on himI spoke with the manage
