Ramada Limited & Suites

Review: Upon traveling to Costa Mesa, I accidentally left a pair of brand new red cowboy boots behind in my room upon checkout date and after contacting the hotel several times, they claim to have not recovered them.

They were POSITIVLEY left in the hotel room... on the side or one of the beds and they were bright red, so they would have been impossible to miss!Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the boots so that I can purchase a new pair - $50.00.
