This guest showed up at Ramada Waukesha on day of arrival. Was told that the standard king room he originally booked was sold out-therefore, we had upgraded him to a whirlpool suite at no extra cost. The guest, Mr***, agreed to the upgrade and said that he will be back to
check-in. Needless to say, he never showed up to claim his upgraded room therefore was charged a "no-show" charge. This has been an ongoing dispute between Mr*** and Ramada Waukesha because his story never matched up. He claimed that he called around 7pm that night to cancel the upgraded reservation as he found another location closer to his destination. However, our cancellation policy end-cap is 4pm With further ado, as a property, we are unable to serve Mr*** as a future guest

Review: On June 26th of 2014, I reserved a room at the Ramada Inn in Waukesha. When I got there mid afternoon, the attendent acknowledged the fact I had a reservation but apoligized that they had NO rooms available. There was a local event that day and they apparently gave my room to someone else. I asked what good a resevation did but sorry was the only answer I got. I had stayed at this location before and they apparently had my credit card number on file. I had to go elsewhere that night causing inconvience and higher cost to me. They offered me no solution or a room at another hotel or location.I was surprised a month later to find my credit card had been charged for a room I never had. I immediately notified my Wells Fargo VISA credit card company of the fraudulant charge. They issued me an immediate credit for $84.83 and started a dispute process. Six months later after I had already assumed they had taken care of the matter, I received a letter stating they had done everything they could but they could not resolve the issue with the merchant and they were reinstating the charge. They admitted the Ramada had offered no proof or my signature accepting the charges for a room. Apparently, because the Ramada had my credit card number, that was all they needed to charge my account.Desired Settlement: Either have Ramada issue a credit to my credit card company or have Ramada issue me a check for $84.83 and have it mailed to my home address ASAP.
