Review: I Was Visiting From Out Of Town And Choose To Stay At The Ramada Plaza At 2600 Auburn Blud In Sacramento, Calif For The Night. The Person At The Desk Had A Nice Attitude And Tried To Be As Helpful As Possible So I Paid For A Room. Once I Got To My Room I Was NOT As Impressed, I Couldnt Watch TV As There Was No Cable, The Light Didnt Work, The Paint On The Bathtub Was Coming Off, Most Disturbing Of All Was The Fact That The Sheets And Pillow Cases Were Turned Inside Out And The Person At The Front Desk Didnt Give Me The Change From My $100 Bill I Handed Them Until The Next Morning. I Will NOT Be Going There Again.Desired Settlement: I Would Like A Full Refund, It Would Be Much Appreicated.

Review: My complaint involves advertise, health, customer service and repair issues. I have been staying here for 4 weeks now and I have emailed the property manager regarding the following issues as well as sent photos of the issues that I could:Trash from room and sign posted,Trash can, wifi, tv towels, bedding, ice bucket,room phone, pot smoking, conflicting stories from staff, refunds/discounts, customer service, follow up regarding promised balcony room, emergency exit 2nd floor, toilet paper, fridge, microwave, paint chipping in tub, lock on door, lack of window screen, vacuum, vomit in elevator, deactivated key fob, inappropriate sexual comments. I was promptly responded to by [redacted] who thanked me for the information and advised I would be hearing from [redacted] who is the district manager of the property. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] and basically explained the photos and filled him in on everything I had experienced during my stay here. I have paid $250.00 per week and he did pay last weeks fee, but nothing else has gotten resolved and there had been additional issues after speaking with him last Sunday. To summarize I had to wait till the 2nd week to get a fridge, microwave, and I had to carry up the microwave myself of which I dropped in in front of the staff member and now have to pry it open with tools every use. I am still standing in chipping paint each time I shower and this I believe can't be healthy. I am having to walk passed a staff member and his buddy smoking pot when I enter the front doors, his name is Tim I believe had allowed me to use the buildings dryer one time and he said something to the effect of how do you like me bringing you in this dark room? They have no working vacuum, I purchased one and clean my own room. I believe Tim has deactivated my key fob 3 times now making me come all the way back to front desk when I clearly have a lot to carry back up. I check my key cards prior to leaving and no they work. I stood in throw up in elevatorDesired Settlement: I needed addl space for my complaints as there is so many things that this place is getting away with. They lie to their guest, give people that pay more the advertised amenities and who knows what the real weekly rate is? I would like a partial refund of the three weeks I paid at 250.00 a week plus the 250.00 I will pay on Sunday. I am asking for $700.00. I am not requesting a full refund as I did stay here and some of the staff were wonderful. Please call me for details of my complaints.

I need to advise you that I opted to not stay on this week as I stated thus the amount in which I have requested should be revised. Please deduct $200.00. I'm keeping $50.00 on for having to deal with their luggage cart that was almost impossible to use as wheels don't roll straight and the entire thing is ready to fall apart as well as unsafe as it almost tipped over numerous times. I didnt have the room I needed to describe what I went thru, I should have called you, but I thought something would of changed after speaking with the district manager. I was shocked that the employee that said inappropriate things to me was still there and still smoking pot out front as well as did absolutely nothing when I advised him I had walked right into a pile of throw up in the elevator, I pleaded with him to make it disappear when I came back from the store as I was so close to getting sick from the smell and it wad still there till next morning. That was it for me. Thank you.

I apologize for the delayed response. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] via telephone on Sunday March 2, 2014 at 10:21 A.M. We spoke for 22 minutes. She explained in detail all of her concerns and they were immediately addressed at the hotel level. Unfortunately most of her complaints were regarding situations that had already occurred, so we were not able verify them.
