I am rejecting this response because:Please see the attached documents. One attachment is my [redacted] bill that clearly indicates that there were two calls made to the Ramada Rockaway. The first call to the business number [redacted] was made on 03/07/15 at 04:45 AM and lasted for a duration of 4 minutes. The second call was made on 03/07/15 at 05:06 AM for a duration of 4 minutes.Additionally, please see reservation confirmations. The charge for March 8 - 10 was $128.08.The charge for March 11 - 12 was $63.54 for a total of $190.62. I thought that we had made reservations for a total of 4 days, however, it appears that we made a mistake and only booked and were charged for 3. I have provided proof of the phone calls that I made to the Ramada Rockaway as well as proof of reservation confirmations and payments made in the amount of $190.62, for which I would like to be reimbursed. If the attachments provided do not come through, I can fax them directly to the Revdex.com and the Ramada Rockaway.
Response:We had 2 separate reservations for Ms [redacted] arrivals on 03/08/15 and 03/10/15. Which none of them were cancelled nor claimed. we had charged no show for 1 night each as every hotel policy. Amount were charged was $63.54 on 03/08/15 and $63.54 on 03/10/15. she had called to property...
and we advise that we will need proof that she called on that day to confirm or cancel. none of our clerks recalls this incident. I have copy of receipt for both charges. If you need we can send. As end of the day we want her to be happy. If you think she deserves refund we can refund $63.54 x 2 = $127.08 Please email with her resolutio
