I have tried to attaché all of the "sent mail" I have that shows the number of times I did contact Invaluable stating I was unable to log on to the auction sites, but they are not docs that can be attached and when I tried to cut and paste the last time I am not sure it went out to you.  I was also told by Ramblin Rose that they would have Invaluable block me on the Invaluable auction site, but I continue to get multiple auction emails from them stating I am approved to bid, but still have a log in issue and their tech said it is my web browser.  I can get on to Auction Zip so that is what I use now.  I still state that I did not bid on this item and I asked Ramblin Rose to show what I bid, because the winning bid was listed on their invoice for $351.  I know my bid strategy and I would never have done that.

The person in question bid on a jewelry item on our on line auction thru Invaluable on August 13th, 2017. He was  the high bidder on the item which comes thru electronically. After hearing his concerns, we proceeded to contact Invaluable to check into this matter. They informed me that he had...

not contacted  and talked to them like he confessed to me. He appeared to have out right lied. They checked the auction bidding and said the decoding was proper and he indefinably bid on the said item. He had left a absentee bid on the item, there was no chance he didn". Thru the system he put a credit card on file and it gets automatically billed. The consignor already has been paid for the item. Our terms at the auction are everything is sold as is, with no warranties implied or expressed, no returns  what so ever. Also he was approved to bid on the items and was registered as such. I informed him if he would have Invaluable call us and inform us that there was some problem on there part we would do our best to investigate this. Instead he E-mailed us  and said he was unable to use Invaluable for a couple months and was not loosing anything there. Did not make any sense. After item was paid for it was taken to the local shipper, they got it ready to ship and gave them a hard time. Sincerely [redacted] Auction Co.
