Review: We searched for a local, insured and bonded company, after hours of research we went with [redacted] Construction. When the project manager came out to look things over we told him we had searched for a local, insured and bonded company and he did not tell us that this company was not what we thought it was. He even gave us a pamphlet showing that [redacted] was insured and bonded. The first day of work the project manager fell off the roof. This is when we discovered that [redacted] had sold his name to [redacted], which turned out to be an out of state company. Not only was it an out of state company but they were not insured. The guy that fell off our roof then came after us because his company did not have the insurance to cover his injuries.Desired Settlement: I am simply don't want anyone else to end up having to deal with stress and mental anguish that we have had to suffer because the company lied to us

Review: I signed a contract on September 4, 2014 with Rambur Construction to fix my roof and paid half of the costs which was $3484.00. My check was cashed right away and was promised my roof would be completed within 10 days. It's been over 6 months and no work has been done. I've contacted the owner, [redacted] Rambur several times and he claims they lost my file and doesn't know anything about my check. He kept blaming the contractor ([redacted]) who apparently quit and all his work was handed to a different contractor ([redacted]) whom I've talked to also. [redacted] told me he looked for my file but never did find it. I sent him a copy of my check that was cashed and he showed it to [redacted] Rambur, who in turn remembers cashing it. Just talked to [redacted] Rambur at the Home Improvement Show in Billings, MT and he said he will contact me within a week. It's been 2 weeks already and I have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: I consider their contract null and void and would like to receive my funds of $3484.00 returned as soon as possible.
