This appliance company is HORRIBLE! We waited a week for them to come to the house to fix our washer. He showed up, said he fixed it, while leaving he said if anything happens they have a 30 day guarantee and to just call him. The washer broke within 30 minutes of him leaving! We attempted for 3 days to call him back to schedule and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I then sent him an email and apparently he gets the voicemail and emails and is chosing not to return our calls because he told American home shield that our email was rude and he won't come back (I've attached the email for clarity ( Buyer Beware) this company is horrible and doesn't stand by their work.

Ramey Appliance was contracted out by our home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS), to repair our dishwasher and washing machine almost 5 months ago. Ramey appliance collected our $75.00 deductible and came to our house to look at our appliance. He stated that parts needed to be ordered and the repairs would be done when those parts came in. About a week later, parts were delivered to my home for the dishwasher so I called to inform the company that these were in. Rather than reaching a person, I received a message stating that the owner had an accident and would be unable to work for six weeks. I left a message letting Ramey appliance know that I understood and wanted them to know the parts were in. I called back after the six weeks had passed to set up and appointment and got an answering machine. I left several messages over a months time but never received a call back. I began two months ago calling my home warranty company to have them help. They were able to make contact with Ramey Appliance who promised them several times they would call within 24 hours. Five addition times after this I called AHS and they called Ramey Appliance. To this date, Ramey Appliance never came out to finish the repairs; never called; nothing! I had to purchase a new washing machine because he finally did respond to AHS stating that now the needed part no longer existed on a washer that was only 5 years old. In addition to having to pay half the cost of a new washing machine, I ended up having to pay an additional $75 to have another company come out and do the repairs that Ramey refused to do after collecting my money...and this new company got my appliance looked at, parts ordered and repaired in less that a week.
