Review: On 6/16/14 I purchased a 2013 Silverado from Ramey Motors in Tazewell,Va. I signed all my paperwork and left. My wife was not with me at the time. So the next day they sent a driver to her work to get her signatures as well. In doing so they had her sign and extended warranty agreement that was not part of my original paperwork. I did not catch this until I received copies of the contract in the mail on friday. I never consented to purchasing this extended warranty, that is why my signature was not on the paper. Because they knew I would not take it. Instead they snuck it in on my unsuspecting wife. She thought she was only signing things that I already signed. Upon discovery of this I immediately went to the dealership. They stated they could cancel the warranty but nothing would change except the total cost of the Vehicle at the end of the loan. My argument is as follows; had they not have snuck that in there my monthly payments would be substantially lower. But instead I will be paying a higher monthly payment than I need to for the next 7 years because of their unethical business practices. I propose this contract be cancelled immediately and redone without the warranty charges that should have never been there to start with.Desired Settlement: Void the contract and issue a new one.

Review: I have bought a 2014 chevy 3500 from rameys tazewell on 5/25/14 it was new truck. I was informed that the truck was I previously in a wreck in 1/20/14 but the only damages were to the bumber and air bags were deployed. The driver of the dealership is drove the truck back to dealership to get fixed. So I bought the truck with the car fax stating that was the only issues. Now two years later I was trade vehicle in at [redacted] they ran a new car fax on truck and said there was significant structure frame Damage and that could not buy my truck he then stated to me that this truck should have been sold to me at new truck price but as a salvage were it should have been totaled. So I went and meet with the sales manager of rameys they told me to let the truck go back and they would sale me a new one. I was very upset so I went to rameys in Princeton to talk to a [redacted] and told him the situation and he told me there was nothing he could do but he would get with them to work a nother deal to take it on a trade in so I was giving the benefit of the dought. Well in turn they was not want to give me proper nada valley but lower at 3600 and should be 39600 they then called the chevy company and told them I was having issue with my vehicle in the shop and was not pleased to get a better rate and I heard nothing else from that company. I tried to work with them but they were making it harder on me in return I diffently not happy them telling me to let truck go back and then they will sale me a new oneDesired Settlement: I am wanting rameys to buy my truck back at full purchase price so I will take my business else where
