Review: I purchased a transmission from them for my Honda accord. I arranged to get it put in the car and had the car towed to the garage. It was installed and when I first drove the care the transmission was slipping. I called and I was told to change the transmission oil so I did. There was no change. The transmission kept slipping. SO I found a used transmission and again had it installed. It took a while to get the trucking company to pick up the transmission but it was returned. I received no call or email. They will not respond to my request for refund. They do not honor their warranty of 2 years.Desired Settlement: Refund my money. $1095 + Core charge.

Review: I had them rebuild a transmission for a 2005 saturn vue awd. I have not got a 100 miles out of my car since. They won't answers calls they hang up. They lie about fixing there mistake. I have had the transmission out and sent back to them 3 times. The 3 third time they charged me another$730 to fix it. Saying I used wrong fluid. I've contacted the oil company and they guarantee theyre oil in that type of transmission. I've been trying to get this resolved for a year. I've want my money back at a total of $3140 in parts. Labor of $2100. Total $5240.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate atleast my $3140 in parts back.

Review: I bought 03 Honda odyssey transmission 2years ago. I installed this transmission, It didn't work. I contacted them that time but no one responsible for transmission. this transmission comes with 2years warrant.I sent 2 transmissions to RK transmission on 2-**-2015. one is original other is what I bought remanufacture transmission. until now, when I call them they always say call to me after check that what's going on, but never call me. it is more then 3months. I have shipping record and warrant ad. please solve this problem.Desired Settlement: I just need working condition transmission.

Review: Rami Transmission advertises on [redacted] for rebuilt transmissions and provides a number to call them directly. Once you call them, they will talk you into purchasing directly from them. I fell for this smooth talking guy, purchased a 2003 honda civic hybrid automatic transmission for $1400.00 plus $140 for shipping. This purchase was made on June [redacted] 2013. They shipped the item to my mechanic who installed it, and it never worked. I had to pay almost $800.00 for the installation. I called Rami transmission and told them, and they said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I then took the car with the transmission to the honda dealership to be checked out, and they told me in plain language that the transmission is JUNK!

Since then, I have been calling these guys for months to have the transmission replaced. Each time I call, they keep telling me lies and keep giving me the round around. I requested for a refund of the money, and they wont refund either. Now when I call them, they either wont listen to me, or simply hang up the phone on me. I checked their [redacted] account and found that they have done this to other buyers as well. Since I didnt purchase directly through [redacted], but paid with credit card over the phone, [redacted] couldn't help me out to resolve this issue.

The guys over there are running this family business of SCAMMING unsuspecting people. These guys are ripping and screwing people up and I don't want them to do this to other people as well.

PLEASE HELP.
