I went to Ms***'s home and met personally with her not two weeks agoShe has never called us during an active leak so that we can determine the source, so we have twice attempted to seal every possible place on her roof the leak could be coming fromWe additionally made a third trip to her home to install chimney caps and pipe vents on the outside chance that could have been the problem - chimney caps and pipe vents that were never part of the original contract and the cost of which came out of my pocketIt has yet to rain since those were installedReplacing her entire roof when we have no way of telling whether the problem is fixed is not a reasonable request.When I visited her home, she showed me a couple of quarter sized stains on her ceiling that I had no way of knowing how long they had been thereWe generally suggest spraying 50/solution of bleach and water on such a small effected area to see if that will dissolve the stainsWhen she refers to "damage inside my home", we are not talking about a ceiling collapseThese are quarter sized stainsShe is welcome to have whomever she likes inspect the chimney caps at her expenseWe have done everything possible to please her within reason [redacted] Roofing and Repair has been in business for more than years, done thousands of roofs and never have we had a customer demand a new roofWe have attempted to meet her demands in a fair mannerWe have been to her home times for repairs and one time to meet with her since June 15thWe are not ignoring her issuesAdditionally, I explained to her last week that I was ill and not coming to the officeGiven that we have been there three times and added equipment to her roof at our expense and I met with her personally not two weeks ago, I saw no need to drag myself from a sick bed
