The fact that Pacifico/Niche failed to respond despite promise from George (GM) speaks to their level of customer serviceI did not push anyoneIt is now clear that Pacifico was trying to stay within fire code regulations by removing the most vulnerable or anyone alone hoping to ring in the New YearPacifico may have made an extra few dollars by this shameful situationI will do my best to discourage anyone from looking to enjoy an evening at either Pacifico or Niche due to their poor operations

We were called and authorized by the security guard of the apartment complex to come out and remove a vehicle that was up on jack stands with expired tagsSecurity guard wanted the vehicle removed ASAPIt was a dangerous situation, an unattended vehicle up on jack stands with tenants walking by the vehicle and kids playing around the area it was an accident waiting to happen.Court date has been scheduled.?

I am rejecting this response because: CA LAW doesn't let the tow company nor the security company decide when to towI have hours till t ow following ca lawThe law clearly states my car can only be towed immediately if it is blocking a fire lane or hydrant or blocking and entry and or exitWhich my vehicle clearly was notIt was In my own spaceIt had bothered no one and no one complained I even spoke with neighbors if they minded and no one didI want my car backYou wrongfully towed it and you know it

Review: On 3-1-14 early morning around 5am when I was on my way to home from work(taxi) I stopped at winco foods. It was a rainy day and parking lot was close to empty. I went to store for 5-10mins when I came back I couldn't find my van. I was surprise that where my van go in couple mins. From winco foods I found out that Ramirez towing towed my van within couple mins period. I called my son and we both went to Ramirez towing. Ramirez towing office doors were locked. We get their phone# from window and called the #. Guy picked up the phone and came out it raining hard at that time. Guy wrote an invoice for $347.50 and told us to sign the invoice before take get the van. We paid and left the Ramirez towing around 5:45am. On same day when I was cleaning my cab before going for my work I notice big scratches on both rear corners and 1 part broken by the left rear tire. The type of work I do we suppose to have neat and clean vehicle at all time. Scratches on my new van came from Ramirez towing and scratch marks are there where they put chains and hooks. We went to Ramirez towing couple times but doors are looked the guy on the phone is not listing and not answering back the msgs.Desired Settlement: $2000.00 or proper repair from dodge and pay the days of my work because dodge will keep the van for body repair.

On 3-1-2014 Ramirez Towing towed a white Dodge (taxi) from Winco Foods,vehicle was parked in HANDICAP,no visible placard,anywhere! photos of (taxi) were taken before towed I [redacted] towed this (taxi) an I also released (TAXI) looked over prior to release and signing of invoice for damages it also was looked over before leaving Ramirez Towing (taxi) owners waited four days to contact Ramirez Towing to claim damages after it was released there were no damages when (taxi) left (taxi) company claims there suppose to a neat and clean vehicle at all times there claim is false why else would they wait to claim $2000.00 in damages. this van is front wheel drive, must be towed from the front! they are claiming rear damage. bottom line! they are trying to recoup some of there money back! we had the right to call police, have them issue a citation for hundreds of dollars,then tow them! thank ,you! for your time!

I am rejecting this response because:#1 R taxi is designed fully Handicap taxi and it has visible stickers on it. R taxi is made for handicap people. Maybe that's why mr.[redacted] didn't call the police before tow. #2 if it was parked on handicap parking like mr. [redacted] said than taxi was standing on front the big handicap poll in order to tow from the front they had to drag back from the rear first may be thats what mr.[redacted] did And that's how taxi got scratches. We called Ramirez towing many times they did not response we can provide phone bill if needed to prove that we called. Plus mr [redacted] never ask us to inspect the taxi before leave. And on 3-1-14 early morning Ramirez tow place was totally dark All The Bulbs were completely Off or had no lights at all in the yard. And that day before release the van mr [redacted] said you have sign here before leave we did it. We thought its a releasing form that we need to sign. It was raining hard, hard no lights around, we jus wanted to leave cuz we were lil panic (cuz nor face tow thing before) and mr [redacted] took full advantage of that.
