Review: steve from Ramlow plumbing arrived 1 day after scheduled repair. He was 15 mins late on the make up day (he said between 1 and 2 pm-arrived at about 2:20 pm). was extremely unfriendly and seemed offended at routine questions (how long was he in business, did he think he could fix stopped drain, etc.). He then had to leave the job to go get a longer snake (one would think that a PLUMBER would have these tools on hand, but since he showed up in a small SUV he didn't have room)30 mins later he returned. I then asked him if he had all the right tools this time and he became irate saying that he's had a bad day and he can't work under this kind of supervision and scrutiny. he then told me to get another plumber and left with my kitchen sink taken completely apart. he also got grease all over my door knob and counter tops and wall. the questions I asked steve were all routine questions one might ask a repair man as I have done my whole life.Desired Settlement: I don't want any kind of settlement in this matter, other than to not be billed for a service that was never completed. As I am writing this about an hour after this happened I do not know if they are planning on billing me. I can't imagine they would, but you never know.
