Review: On April **, 2015 I placed an order with Ramomar of two(2) shirts at $79.99 each for a total of $169.97 receipt number:[redacted] and I am, yet to receive my order. I have numerous times attempted to contact the company to no avail over this seven(7) month period. I did manage to reach in July, which I received an e-mail dated July *,2015 as follows:"[redacted]"(Exact e-mail copied and pasted from my [redacted])

However, my order has not been fulfilled and I have concerns about this even being a real company or business. $169.97 is a lot of money for two(2) shirts to not receive no product. I did not donate my money I made a purchase.

I no longer desire to support this company via financially or through wearing his clothing.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Ramomar has utilized my $169.97 to service his business and has collected interest on my money by having in account; so I feel that I am entitled to a full refund with interest.

Review: In May of 2014 I submitted an online payment for $300.00 for a custom clothing design pattern after I was advised by [redacted], the [redacted] of RAMOMAR NY that his tailors had begun the work. I was in communication with the seller regularly. However, after an extended delay, it was clear RAMOMAR NY had not even begun on my custom work. I therefore requested the return of the fabric I personally purchased, as well as the pattern that I paid [redacted] $300.00 for directly. I have a record where he agreed to return what I asked for, but he has failed to comply. I am in possession of the entire digital and electronic record of our correspondence regarding this transaction. These records include [redacted] private messages, E-mail, Text messages, [redacted] records, credit card authorizations and documentation of my air travel to [redacted] in order to facilitate the production of the garment.[redacted] of RAMOMAR was advised by me via email that his non-compliance constitutes Fraud, Misappropriation Of Funds and Failure to Comply. I am currently weighing my options for litigation.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that [redacted] of RAMOMAR NY simply refund the payment I submitted for work that he never started, let alone even completed. He advised me via electronic text that the work had begun. It is clear that this is false and there is no evidence that my custom designed pattern was produced. I am requesting an immediate and full refund of the $300.00 USD that was paid to [redacted] on May **, 2014.
