Business states that they are in disagreement with the consumer statementsThe services that were rendered were charged accordinglyBusiness is admitting no fault in this situation and is willing to refund the customer the $to bring an end to the matterConsumer is welcome to come to the shop

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted bye this *** person who actually works for MJC and does side work for Ramones alignment shop and he asked me to provide the work order in regard to this complaintI told him I already spent time going back and forth to the shop four times that day to get my truck and a file the complaint and that Ramon has the work order in his possession so I felt like this was playing games*** directly told me he was going to recommend that Ramon just give me the $that I asked for and then he started getting rude with me because I told him I was not going to go digging around for the work order when Ramon has it right there and could give it to him at any time*** continue to get rude and I hung up the phoneNow this response is exactly what I would expect from this company and exactly why I filed this complaintCompletely unprofessional they know that they ripped me off and this kid that they have working for him is rude and unprofessional as wellI'm completely unsatisfied with this game that he's playingHe said he was going to refund the money and now out of spite he sends this message to the Revdex.comCompletely immature and exactly what I expect from a company like thisMy complaint standsI don't recommend that anybody go to this shop and have to be put through this experienceCompletely unscrupulous and just plain bad business

I have attached the invoice and parts receiptsOur shop rate is $per hour and our mechanics worked on this vehicle hours so the labor total would normally have been $but we only charged $219.00. Let me know if you need anything else and thank you for your

***, We feel that this additional comment does not include any valid information as to this customers claim that he was over charged and we stand by our previous statement and the documents we supplied that show clearly the customer was given a discount If ***'s employment status with Ramon's Alignment is an issue that Revdex.com needs to address please let us know but at this point we feel that is not a part of this issue
