denial of fault doesn't excuse the shady work or disprove my evidence. Pictures and expert opinions are proof they were at fault and simply responding with a sentence of denial doesn't prove anything. Bad auto service and horrible customer service

You over stated the expected miles one can receive from purchasing these tires by 50%. That is totally unacceptable. As a consequence to me and anyone else who buys these tires, we are charged again for the mounting and balancing. I am being charged twice because these tires won't live up to the 70,000 miles your saying they should go. I will be looking into false advertising practices by company's like yours who use this ploy to create business for themselves.

Nothing is fair and equitable when you misrepresent your tires by over 50%. I believe this to be false advertising and possibly fraud.
