Ramon's Alignment Shop

[redacted], We feel that this additional comment does not include any valid information as to this customers claim that he was over charged and we stand by our previous statement and the documents we supplied  that show clearly the customer was given a discount.  If [redacted]'s employment status with Ramon's Alignment  is an issue that Revdex.com needs to address please let us know but at this point we feel that is not a part of this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted bye this [redacted] person who actually works for MJC and does side work for Ramones alignment shop and he asked me to provide the work order in regard to this complaint. I told him I already spent time going back and forth to the shop four times that day to get my truck and a file the complaint and that Ramon has the work order in his possession so I felt like this was playing games. [redacted] directly told me he was going to recommend that Ramon just give me the $30 that I asked for and then he started getting rude with me because I told him I was not going to go digging around for the work order when Ramon has it right there and could give it to him at any time. [redacted] continue to get rude and I hung up the phone. Now this response is exactly what I would expect from this company and exactly why I filed this complaint. Completely unprofessional they know that they ripped me off and this kid that they have working for him is rude and unprofessional as well. I'm completely unsatisfied with this game that he's playing. He said he was going to refund the money and now out of spite he sends this message to the Revdex.com. Completely immature and exactly what I expect from a company like this. My complaint stands. I don't recommend that anybody go to this shop and have to be put through this experience. Completely unscrupulous and just plain bad business.

Review: The business told me they could not do my alignment because I needed to go to a body collision shop. They claimed my vehicle was way off. They still charged me. I took my vehicle to another shop because I have never been in a accident and my vehicle is fairly new, they redid the measurements for a alignment and told me my vehicle was fine I was not even due for a allingement. I went back to Ramon's shop the next day and his excuse was that he has older equipment that may not get the measurement correct each time. I could have ended up spending hundreds of dollars just to get my vehicle inspected and he of course had a shop he recommended which just happens to be owned by family.Desired Settlement: I paid them for checking my alignment and they mislead me by not informing me there machines were old and may not have correct measurements. Then when I tried to explain another shop said there machine was wrong he kept giving me excuses.
