Review: On July 24, 2013 Ramont's tow service damaged bumper wires hanging from under my Saab. Call Ramont's tow serv spoke with [redacted]/owner and he refused to believe his driver would do anything like that and refuse to repair my bumper. I don't understand why the driver would out right lie about the damage it was not like that. I feel because I am a women [redacted] was rude and taking an advantage.

In response to the complaint from [redacted], Case# XXXXXXXX.
[redacted]'s vehicle was towed using our standard method of Wheel Lift Towing. Her vehicle was lifted by the tires and at no time was the bumper used in any way to support the vehicle while in tow.
[redacted]'s vehicle, by her own admission, had prior damage to the front bumper that most likely continued to crack over a period of time resulting in the suggested damage.
Our driver, [redacted], has over 10 years of experience and has safely towed many vehicles of this type without incident.

CORRECTION [redacted], not knowing the correct term I used the word bumper it is not called bumper its the air duct and wires. The damage caused by your service was to the air duct and wires not the bumper. Your driver may have 10 Years' experience and may have also towed safely but he is as negligent as you are to not admit to this damage and accept your responsibility to repair my vehicle.
The method of tow is not in question. It's the carelessness. If the tow had not been sloppy this would not have occurred. [redacted] at [redacted] with his many years of experience stated a few thing; "the tow driver needs to own up to this mistake", "when the tow equipment was removed from underneath the vehicle the chain was improperly removed and possibly just yanked out resulting in the damages".
