Personal finance company of Fort Wayne has been very helpful when we've needed it. I have had nothing but a positive and friendly experience with the company and staff of Fort Wayne.

I got a loan with them like a year ago. They asked if I wanted to refinance it, I said sure, I needed the extra money. Recently, my wife and I are going through a job change so we've fallen behind on a couple bills. As soon as I fell behind, the calls started coming. Obviously. But when I talk to them and tell them I will try to find a way to catch it up they belittle me, put me down, the one lady "Heather" went so far as to call me a child because I couldn't come up with a payment. They're just rude and mean. I've never written a review on anyone. I just don't think I should be talked to like that from a "professional business." So I wanted to share my experience and hopefully save some others the grief of dealing with them. Even when I was making my regular payment I would be harassed 2 weeks before my due date to make a payment. Theyre ridiculous.
