We went out several times to try and assist the customer had no charge to him but he did not want to make the proper corrections to fix the issue. I'm trying to get New pictures that are not corrected as soon as I do I will forward them to you Hey [redacted], As for the complaint from [redacted], it’s not legitimate.  We redid the roof and sealed all around his AC unit.  It was a closed stand system, so we never had to lift it at all.  The thing is old and the pan is rusted, so water got through the pan, then rotted the plywood platform portion of the stand, then it finally caved in and water got trapped inside.  It’s leaking through the AC unit.  He allowed me to open it up and inspect it to determine the cause.  I did that and told him that in order to fix it, he would need to have the AC unit lifted and a new pan installed.  Or it could be removed altogether, then he would have to redo the shingles below and remove the walls around the stand.  He thinks this is something we should cover.   Photos Attached in other email. Please review and let me know if you have any questions.  Thank You,  Jarvis  Jarvis La V[redacted]Ramos Family Concept

During the monsoons last summer we were very worried about how the repairs of the flooding would go on our wood floors. We met RFC through our realtor they came over, showed up on time, and got us back a very fair quote within 48 hours of their visit.
They were able to repair all of the flooring in our home and also replace the bottom 5 inches of drywall throughout most of our house. By the time they were done our house was beautiful again and they were able to get rid of that horrible smell of standing water! Since that time we have used them for a few other projects around the house and they have attacked him with the same integrity! I will definitely use them in the future.

RFC/ Ramos Family Concepts worked well with my insurance company, and they installed a quality roof on my house. They provided a Lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, which is the best you can get. RFC worked to get the insurance company to cover the cost 100%. They are currently working to get my Air Conditioner damage covered as well.
