Review: Appointment was made almost 2 weeks prior to service date. We were assured that the service department knew what the problem was because several other vehicles of the same make and model had the same problem. when the car was dropped off for service, it was taken to the garage and almost 2 hours later we were told that the parts that were needed were not in stock and we would have to return at a later date. I asked them to call around to other dealers and was told they could not.Desired Settlement: I just want my car repaired in a timely manner. Four time this car has been serviced, by Ramp Ford, and each time we were told it had to be brought back.

Customer car was brought in for door ajar light coming on.While trying to perform factory repair inner door panel screws would not break free to perform repair.It was then required to replace inner door panel witch is not stocked in parts department as we have not experienced this concern with a door panel. Part has now been installed and customer vehicle is fixed and returned to customer.This repair was completed on June * 2014. [redacted]
