We were in the middle of a roofing project with a roofer that was doing a terrible job. We called Matt Munro of Rampart Roofing to conduct an independent assessment of the roofing project. He was willing to come over to take a look at our project, was incredibly professional (such a departure from the roofing group we were using) and connected us with a resource that specialized in our type of commercial roof. Matt enabled us to go from absolute panic to accessing a route that would remedy our roofing concerns. He was so generous with his time and concern with zero focus on personal gain. He really represents the best of the industry and was such a welcome change from the roofing nightmare we've been undergoing with another roofer.

Rampart Roofing provided prompt, professional, and reasonably service to replace damaged hip and ridge shingles; replace vent flashing, and remove and replace a 20xfiberglass awning
The owner maintained contact with me from the first call I made to get an estimate all the way to completion of the job, and his staff members were professional and courteous, as well They left no debris and completed the work as promised, even fitting my job in quickly in order to have it complete before I closed on my house

Like many others in Colorado Springs my roof was damaged by hail in 2016. I researched all the local Roofers on [redacted] and the Revdex.com. I had chosen 3 companies to get bids from. I must admit, from the reviews, Rampart was number one on my list. When I met with Chris from Rampart I was immediately impressed. No pressure, answered all my questions and was extremely professional. I have had some experience with having my roof replaced since it was just replaced in 2015 before our 2016 hail storm. I honestly can't say enough good things about Rampart Roofing and Chris. They were on schedule, finished the roof in a timely manner, followed up on all my calls, used quality materials and made sure all the nails and roofing trash was removed when they finished. This company even contacted me after the high wind storms we had in Colorado Springs to make sure my roof had no problems. This company definitely has a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Rampart Roofing has it all ! We were referred to them after a hail storm went through our 5 acre place. Home, (roof, windows, paint you name it), barns, sheds, yard lights ; everything was hit (including our persons and our animals, YIPES) !! That very day, Tom H. was at our place reviewing the damage, the hailstones had not even melted yet, and it was June 2016. We worked with Tom H., he worked with our insurance claims adjustor, and he went over it with us. They were out within the week on our roofs (home and 3 sheds), finished that same day. The windows, paint, doors etc. was done in the next 2 weeks (everyone was getting hit that month and the next). He dealt with my insurance company the whole time and kept me updated on every detail that they had a discrepency with, I was never in confusion or unaware of what was going on. I am really happy with Rampart Roofing. When they came to look at my roof, they saw a hole. He took a picture of it and showed it to me, and said that if he had a tarp on it, he'd have put it up. I had had two other roofers to look at it. One mentioned they "thought" there was a hole. The other just looked at it and said that "yes, you need a new roof". I chose Rampart and I am so happy I did. The crew was so nice. They started and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly around the house. They even let me put some tree debris in the trash bin to help out. They handled the subcontract for getting my gutters replaced as well as the screens. I would recommend these roofers to anybody.

Rampart Roofing did an amazing job repairing our hail damaged roofs. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with them and the final product. A+
