Hello my name is Rodney A[redacted] I am the owner of R&S Construction LLC. [redacted] was a customer through INHP that chose my company as her contractor. My employees performed the work to [redacted]'s home. Upon inspection from the inspector from inhp, the inspector advised Miss [redacted]...
that a few pieces of the tile in the hall were uneven and that he would not pass the inspection until the floor was fixed. Miss [redacted] insisted she was 100% fine with the flooring. The inspector then passed the job inspections. Miss [redacted] would receive a percentage of the money once rhe check wad dispersed. Soon after receiving the money, I then received call from Miss [redacted] stating she was unsatisfied with the flooring. I jave received threats and other statements from Miss [redacted] and that is one reason tge flooring have not been repaired. I've offered to fix the flooring at which I still would do. Thats part of the contract I would guarantee my work due to any breakage or damage my work may have caused up to a year. The year has not lapsed yet.

I have made several attempts to get my flooring and other repairs fixed. I only allowed the inspector to to approve the repairs because of intimidation. The only threats made were taking him to court over not fixing my repairs and showing his fiancé inappropriate pictures sent to me. Mr. A[redacted], had people working on my home that weren't even qualified employees etc step dad, uncle, random individuals. Yes, I did choose his company, because I intended my repairs to be fixed correctly. I need my flooring fixed, and I do not want his company to have any parts in it. I want to be reimbursed (because I have to pay the funds back to INHP) so I can get my floors and other repairs fixed by another contractor. He only ignored my calls and text because he is a horrible business man and didn't want to fix the problem nothing more nothing less. He has called me out of my name and I fear for mine and my daughters safety at this point. I just want my repairs fixed with no problems.
