The deck was completed in August and I have terminated my relationship with Matt S [redacted] due to the service provided to Ms [redacted] and others Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do regarding this complaint
No excuse I forgot to send the refund to Mr [redacted] as I promisedIt was mailed today 9/26/Mr [redacted] was great and very patient wehn he called to remind me the first timeMy apologies to everyone that it had to get to this level for me to respond

August 11th to work on the deck--someone came Wed and moved equipment from the front yard to the back yard and that was it--I left another message today with no response yet. [redacted]
