The Road Hazard warranty must be purchased at the time the tires are installed, the insurance company does not allow for us to add the warranty after the saleThere isn't any documentation stating the customer requested this coverage, we would of been happy to provide it at the time as we are paid
a commission for for the sale of warranty's.The customer was never charged for the coverage and it simply isn't possible to add it after the fact at any price.*** ***General Manager

Dealership Service Manager spoke with Ms*** on the morning of 6-10-and agreed to reimburse the customer for the repairs. Service Manager told customer that check would be processed and mailed to her home address on 6-10-

The customer had an appointment to have the pump installerd septth and was told it would be ready the following Tuesday's or Wednesday, he did not show for his appointment and has not contacted the dealership since.I am monitoring this customer closely and am informed of all contact with himI can promise you he has never left me a message, I am very easy to reach as you know by our conversationsI can't do anything more for this customer as he tells a different story than I know to be trueI suggest he looks for another dealer to service his vehicle.*** ***

In regards to the customers concern of work not being performed, please see attached invoice in which she paid for the services rendered.  Once the oil change and tire rotation where completed we went to set tire pressures, and the r/rear tire sensor would not respond.  At that point we...

recommended replacing the sensor, we discounted the part by $31.73 and installed for no labor charge.  We recommended to the customer that there was another sensor that was difficult to program and that she may possibly need a second sensor in the near future.  If the customer felt the oil change and work was not performed it would have been a good time to state so before paying her bill.  We would recommend the customer return to us and we will put the vehicle on a lift and show them the new oil filter at that time.  Thank you.
